to the Highland Property Owners' Association website.
This information is for the residents of Highland Drive. The
Association has been established to approve new home plans,
promote social gatherings, hold an annual meeting,
and collect dues to support these activities. Please see the
bylaws, covenants, and minutes of the annual meeting for more
specific information.

director positions are currently vacant.

information about upcoming events and group purchasing
